Each member is releasing a solo song each month until the end of the year and all the songs and stories connect. It has never been done before in kpop. As much as I might want to like the song and it's music video...the fact that they were incredibly rushed, pushed to the brink of their energy (filming a comeback between being on a world tour, Going back and forth between korea and USA...) I saw a lot of Deobis say this barely felt like a comeback. I just have too much beef with IST at this moment to be able to enjoy this.

To be fair, I wasn't expecting a really good reaction! Please don't misunderstand me, I'm a huge TheB, the boys always do their best and I appreciate it a lot. It's just that at least for me, this song feels... Kind of generic, very similar to Thrill Ride may I say? I feel everything goes so fast and you just have to take it all, or even that some transitions (like from 2nd chorus to bridge) seem forced or just not too-well connected. I'm pretty sure they're trying to find their own style, but I wish it was more Reveal-like (or even She's the Boss-ed! I feel that song is a great mix of what The Boyz are mostly doing now and what I'd like to see more. I'd suggest you checking it out). I reckon I heard this comeback was pretty rushed, so maybe that's why it feels this way. I have to disagree with PD this time. I am disappointed in this comeback...The song is not a bad song but doesn't strike me as a title track. The music video is very colorful but kinda flat, the color scheme of the scenes is too similar. As a THEB I much prefer Thrill Ride...To me both are similar but that one gave a much bigger impact.

I am honestly a bit sad because I love the boys, but I haven't liked any of their releases since The Stealer (last song of theirs I absolutely loved). I still have been buying the albums because some of their b-sides are absolutely amazing, but I don't know, in my opinion, their recent title tracks have been sounding very "NCT" which normally wouldn't be a problem because I also love NCT, but it IS a problem because I also haven't been liking NCT's releases for a while now either :/ My favorite TBZ title track is still Right Here to this day. This is the kind of sound I miss from them, or something like No Air. Reveal felt like they were somehow going back to their original sound but in a new way that was more mature and sexier and I absolutely adored it. That's what I miss from them. I'd love to know if they are happy with their recent releases, if they feel like their newer sound is more "them" than what they used to release in the past. Maybe they hated the songs I love the most, it's hard to say, but yeah this comeback wasn't for me sadly.
I kinda feel the same. I like their old songs and Reveal was amazing to me. I lik Stealer too, Maverick kinda grew on me. But Thrill RIde and Whisper are kinda meh to me.
