Kashmiri Red Chili Powder कश्मीरी लाल मिर्च पाउडर - 1tsp
Turmeric Powder हल्दी पाउडर - 1/2 tsp
Black Salt (काला नमक) - 1/2 tsp
Fresh Curd ताजा दही - 1 cup
Ginger अदरक
Green Chilli हरी मिर्च
Garlic लहसुन
Dried Red Chilli सूखी लाल मिर्च
Garam Masala गरम मसाला - 1/4 tsp
