Great work getting it apart and forming a theory . I would not imagine this repair being economic (for me a least) . It would take me hours to repair and re-test .Good luck .
Every repair is economically viable or it doesn't get repaired here. It goes in the parts bin or if the failure is particularly spectacular, it gets screwed to the "wall of shame".

A few years ago I worked on a Mesa Dual Recto with the same damage as the PCB, but in my case the main problem was a short between some tracks below the 4 larger filter caps located near the V2 and V3 tubes. I think it's worth looking down these guys and checking out these tracks!! Best wishes from Brazil !!

The traces are so tiny, it's amazing they hold up for so long!
