- Made this video back in July of 2017. We spent the preceding winter at our house recording and mixing our album "American Dream." Anyone who's ever produced an album knows just how big of a project that can be. When we finally sent the masters off to the CD company, we felt like finals were over and it was summer vacation! Luckily for us, we were in southern California. We tried to make it to Mexico on our day off, but the traffic was too intense, so we stopped in San Diego and ran around at the beach all afternoon.
We had just started learning this Carole King song in the van and though we tried finding joy in playing literally ANY OTHER SONG that day, we just kept coming back to this one. Made a little video of it for yall with all the lyric flubs and harmony mistakes. Things cant always be perfect, but hey. This is us at our happiest. Hope this brightens your day.

An interesting take on this classic. The guitar rhythm is definitely different, I came upon this cover because I am currently working on a cover of this song but re-worked for a male singer so "One Fine Day, you gonna end up being my girl". And I'm thinking the guitar rhythm part will be slower and I'm re-imagining the whole arrangement for a 5 piece band. So coming soon the cover by Aging Idols
