    Thanks for such a good work . I really learned from Financial model perspective .
    One question is when you calculate depreciation running totals , you only include depreciation in the additions in future year .
    What about the assets costs and related depreciation of 2000 in 2023 ?

      Good question, for 2023 I literally just made up the numbers to focus on explaining modeling future capex and depreciation. In order to account for fixed assets in place as of the first year, I would expand the years in the fixed assets schedule backward to the dates those assets were purchased. Then your virtual depreciation schedule and the measures in this video should all work and account for those.
