Congratulations Brookelynn! I hope this year is wonderful for you. Be sure to spend several days doing process and expectations over and over and over. That helps a ton! What if you turn your desk to face the bulletin board and you can move your kidney table over to make your space more of a square but will open your side of the kidney table for a kiddo and it won’t be so squishy?
For the calm down corner: if you are weary because of the sink, you can probably have a custodian turn the water off just for that one sink! Unless it’s one you’ll need to use regularly!

I teach first grade and we all start out with teams. We can always rearrange student seats whenever needed.
