It's honestly going to be so fking weird to be maybe consider using Marquiares since he was forgotten about for so long. If they give him a matatabby/oculus felis like combo by converting him into actual nekomancer then that would be interesting.
I dont think Marquiares going to get a rebalance. I think they going to just rework him from the ground up
