1) do i have to contact the doctor or the hospital
2) do they sign a yearly agreement (talking about doctors)
3) What happened to previous supplies from whom they were buying those products.
4) The doctor/hospital was willing to give a chance to a new supplier.
5) How do doctors receive products talking about packaging
6) how to reach out to the doctor like call them or email them or they had something to get contacted with in their website

The dealer's don't give implants always
If the surgeon place order for emergency cases sub dealer can't arrange implants
Better not teach in this way i started failed as you said now I started with 20lakh doing good

Business is a dynamic process.
It involves two entities and if their negotiation matches they will have business happening between them.
There can not be hard & fast rules.
Something which works for somebody may not work for the other.
I respect your experience.
At the same time there are many subdealers in the market who initially try this way before gathering enough experience or money to begin their own enterprise.
It is absolutely legal & ethical.
The Subdealer has to agree to the conditions of returning the goods & payment terms of the dealer. If proper negotiations are done business will take place.

They just don't give you that because if they don't give that to subdealer the surgeon will cal to the main dealer they all remaining orders will go to the main leader only
