Ice baths are really quite nice. They do take a bit of getting used to, but if you do it a few times, it can genuinely be really reinvigorating.

When living in Scandinavia during winter, one of the most amazing things is to carve a hole in the ice and then jump in. The cold is a great teacher. My PR is 20 mins in ice water. Just breathe and zone out

Ive been practicing in the cold for many years and living in Denmark my whole life. 20 mins is nothing. People sit in pure ice for over 3 hours:)
@@MrRobot-tz5dvI wonder how someone that is basically cold resistant will cope with hot weather. Where im from the summer average is around 35 to 37°c sometimes rising to 40+ for a day or two in a row. With Ac it's easily bare able but without it's kinda torturous but even that is nothing compared to when i went to Nigeria visit my wife's parents, and omg it's hell on earth, daytime it's nothing just like 30 to 35 but nighttime it doesn't really change, yeah around 28 29 30c in the nighttime without Ac. I couldn't sleep until like 4am when my body just gave out and fell asleep. Btw cold i can't withstand at temperatures below 20 it's already time to wear winter clothes. All this is pretty cool, the way we adapt to our climates.
@@VollstandigErleuchtung The Human body is amazing in that Way, how it adapts to what ever you put it through. I love warmth as well, but everting over 30c is not something I enjoy for sure. Sleeping in plus 30c is basically torture lol
