Roses is a lovely place we visited it a few times when we used to go to l'estartit thats a very nice place as well but we think you have passed it by now,anyway you all look like your having a cracking time,enjoy every min.Paul & Gail Rowans Travels🙂🙂

We stay at Camping Salata, which you passed on the way in. There for 1 week in Whitsun & 2 in the summer. It's a beautiful area

For my 50th Birthday we hired a villa in Begur and spent time on the beach at Pals, lovely place, whole area is stunning. Coastal,drive to tossa del marr is brilliant.

Looks like the weather is getting better for you Guys!, that was quite something passing through France into Spain and no passport control!, how cool is that!, also noticed when your in France / Spain the amount of older cars on the road, we noticed that a few years ago, the French / Spanish seem to keep their cars along time plus no road salt to rust then, enjoy your trip!, safe travels!,

Enjoying the journey, thanks for taking us along it's been along time since I visited Spain early 80s, you can't beat eating breakfast along the front with the beach in front of you. Can't wait for Benidorm it's 40 years since I was there playing football with my Saturday league team. This time of year there are carnivals on in the evening great memories. Safe journey.

LIVE Webcam Roses strand - Hotel Montecarlo Roses, you can see where you walked on the beach site
We use to travel down to Torrevieja south of Benidorm and like you - relied on McD's en route. ! Typical spanish ' Campsite - wouldn't get my Buccaneer on there ! Should hav tried Andorra over the Pyrenees - now that's a stunning drive. Safe Travels and be security aware from here on !!
Hi Steve it is a bit of a squeeze getting into these sites isn’t it oh well we are very close to Benidorm now and we are as careful as we can be regarding security many thanks for your comment 👍
I was in Autocaravaning Park Roses at the end of January 2020 the Tolls back to UK on A9 and A26 are about £160. I had Just be to the Salvador Dalí Museum in Figueres which is a good laugh at some of the paintings. If you are heading for Gibraltar Alcaidesa Marina in La Línea de la Concepción is a good motorhome stop and Easy walking distance to the boarder and into Gibraltar city.
Wow I don’t think we will be paying any tolls, so far we haven’t

We discovered Roses in 97, on a day trip. The campsite we stayed on was near Pals and very noisy at night due too a nightclub. We complained and was told it was not on the site so nothing they could do, but it was in the brochure - so they claim to have entertainment on site of which we had paid for so I asked for a discount lol. We did intend revisiting Roses and would have stayed at Joncar Mar. When I was looking for sites I am sure the site went down to the beach, bearing in mind it is over 20 years ago

Killjoy incoming ,Everybody on a scooter in Benidorm wears a helmet. I saw a rozzer stop some kid for not having 1 on .Be carefull out there people .The sun is burning today in benners .
