*Few pointers that you might like to know for this point in the game:*
If your car feels boaty, move the handling and steering sliders to the right, but move the handling too far and it's like speedbreaker is constantly on.
Whoever said manual makes you slower obviously can't shift for shit.
If you drain your nos, wait for it to recharge some before using it again otherwise it does jackshit.
Increasing the turbo doesn't give you extra top speed but you get more power out of it at the expense of it being slightly laggier, but I always leave that maxed out.
Speaking of tunes, you can store 3 tunes on every car and you can switch setups on the fly if you need to.
*For later in the game:*
If you manage to get the pink slip marker first, get the performance marker after (trust me, they work)
Best blacklist cars to aim for are Baron's Cayman and Ming's Gallardo (which has maxed out parts)
If you're about to hit a Pursuit Breaker and there's a spike strip just after it, *use speedbreaker while you hit it so you don't see the cutscene*, otherwise when the cutscene stops and you're able to control your car again, you'll run right over the bastard, and it's not like carbon where you're just on rims but you can still drive, you're fucked 'cos you'll just stop.
One last thing - when you beat blacklist #5, buy the 911 Turbo S, it's pretty powerful, handles great and it launches like fuck (you'll regularly get 0-60 in 0.7-0.9s in drag if you do it right)

Earl was the hardest for many people - myself included. Even with a Junkman Clio.
jacco amerongen Blacklist 9 (Earl) frustrated me the most, that AWD was a pain in the ass for me to deal with in my RX-8.
Forgot about earl you guys are right and just made me scared again installed the game yesterday (my original copy not a pirated version because this game is worth 10x the money) because of theo playing it and im currently doing the stuff to get to vic thinking he was my only. Real challenge.. But now im also keeping earl in mind..

You don't need to do that. If your pink slip was on a specific spot, it won't be there for the next blacklist member you defeat so for example if you get it in the middle, choose the right and left ones and that guarantees you the pink slip.
@@itsmrdante6274 tried and it doesnt work everytime. For me Sonny had it on the 3rd spot. Taz had it on the 3rd spot again.

NFS heat isn't too bad but I just wish they would stop Bloody making it realistic with those stupid burnout, drifting and crashing Physics. Sorry if you hate this but I don't think NFS should have drifting on it. The driving physics in this game are so much better.
A tip: if u get a blacklist car that you dont want, before selling it off, go to the custom shop, change all the bodykits, spoilers and other mods of the tuned car into the cars stock one. You'll get an exchange bonus that shows up as negative money when you check out. That negative money will be added to your bank. Granted, they wont be much, but if you do get a lot of blacklisters cars, you're gonna get a decent heap of money.

I highly recommend Izzys RX-8 for Pursuits, I topped all the rap sheet leaderboards with her car... :)
if i remembered correctly, bosses' car is always hidden in the 2nd mark, or the middle "?" mark. NOT neccessarily, but with great chance. that's how i got all their cars.

Theo, the RX8 should be on the left or on the right, as if i remember correctly the car marker always moves from left to right then when it gets to the right it goes back left. So in this order: left, middle, right, middle, left, middle, right etc.

Theo here is a tip, if you didn't get a blacklist car just stay on that screen and restart your game. you will need to race again but you also get another chance to get the car
Tip: Save nitrous and dont use every bit that regens because that might save you every corner you mess up
i was surprised about how good the wheel feels in this game. i dont know if every wheel works i only tested using TX and TMX racing wheels, and after you get most of the parts you can tune the car for drifting. i have a video testing it with the tmx feels free to check it.
Buy a Supra definitely
There is a pattern with the car marker so the next one should be on the right side

nikespeed14 Supra is great lightweight but can still tear through cops. fully upgraded is faster than a murcielago Gallardo and Ford GT fully upgraded. Murcielago is also as fast fully upgraded as an upgraded Lexus.

Yes, Elise is bad on chases, but better than, Mustang,and any Porsche.
The best on cases is Golf MK5 without bodykit, is almost impossible to get caught.

I remember always going first with middle and then the right [ ? ] sign. basically 90% of the time I got the blacklist car ^^
This is how you get the pink slip every time Theo:
- Always chose the first marker first.
- If its impound strike, then the pink slip is the second marker.
- If the first marker is anything else then the pink slip is the third marker
Play with autosave off when challenging blacklist
Trying to find a good play through of most wanted is hard these days but when Theo started this series I knew he was going to make the series a good one

Upgrade the IS300 a little bit and tough the opponents and Izzy out. Then, try to get her car; it's usable until you defeat Earl (make sure you get Baron's car on the way since it's better than Earl's Evo VIII.)

If your Turbo in performence tuning, The more negative it is, the higher power it is but low rpm, More positive turbo tuning low power but higher rpm

When you win a Blacklist Race always choose the middle or left bonus marker to win their car
Your next car wil be on 1st or 3rd marker...And next, next one will be (if next one is on 1st marker)2nd or 3rd, (if its on 3rd) he will be on 1st or 2nd marker.... Thats a system.. Sometimes is wrong but when i play mostb wanted picking with that system i got 12,13 cars from 15.... Sorry for this english but i think you will figure it out..... :D
I calculated and.... the chances of getting all 14 cars are actually 0.343% . Except when there is a pattern or anything.

With automatic is much better you'll turn better, without making your finger go with the manual as well so that makes it harder to turn, since automatic you just have to steer and done. Even keeping up with the speed.
Here's a tip the cards aren't random they are sequential, ie: The Supra was in the 2nd card. Now the Rx8 will be in the third card then it will reset to the first card and so on

yeah, they are randomly generated in the first time you launch the game but after beating the first black list member (#15) they will be sequential. there's some stuff online about the little "bug" if one can call it that

not really, it depends on which version did you play. I played the black edition and there's no pattern with the markers. It's completely based on luck.

I only use the speed breaker for road blocks.
I guess Theo isn't as OG as he pretends to be, otherwise he'd know about the quit exploit. If you don't get his pink slip, you can eject the disc or quit the game or ALt-F4 and load the two races up again to have another two shots. The game doesn't autosave until after you continue from the reward selection screen.

Keep track of which marker the car was in. None of the cars are in the same place as the last black list member except for 6 and 7
Theo change the aerodynamics and the steering to plus 5, you will turn a lot better
they were going to remake the supra but decided to change a few things last minute and then went and made the FT1 which has now been cut from any further development :(

Theo, you are too dependant on nitrous. I use speedbreaker twice, first time to get around the corner and second time to straighten up the car afterwards.

I think every time... You have after every Boss 3 thingys and you have 2 Markers.. After Vic... THE supra was in the middle... Next TIME it's gotta be left or right... Then after big lou... It's gotta be in the middle again... At least thats how it worked To get every car... On ps2... If it works on XBOX... Then... Your welcome you gotta just switch every time... This TIME after you beat izzy... Left or right... Then it's gotta be Next time in the middle... Then right or left again etc.

I used the Toyota Supra to get to that one guy with the Viper. Then I used his Viper to peat some other guy's Gallardo. Then I bought a Careers to beat the last few guys and Razor. It was easy. I pretty much revisited the game at 14 years old and beat it in one day. I'm still 14, by the way.

Don't usually watch your playthroughs, (it's not because of you I just don't find most racing games that exciting to watch) but this one I am loving. NFSMW is the best! P.S. Get Izzy's RX8 it upgrades to faster than the M3.

when I played this game when I was younger I had all of the blacklist cars and if I didnt get their car I would resest the game and redo the race until I got their car

In the tuning press Y for help. It tells you what happens if you add or subtract the tuning
Keep the IS-300 at its top form with compatible upgrades until you get Izzy 's car .

BTW if you want the next car go 2x right (so left marker on the next boss, should be the car) - that trick should work for every blacklist boss. want the car? go 2x right (unless im not stupid and mistaken it right now)
and tune nitrous full power and ride height +5 (for better jumps)

When you start using pursuit breakers, don't destroy them until they're very close. Chances are they'll destroy it themselves trying to block you off. Also, if you want to make super quick u-turns use speedbreaker and turn as sharply as possible then deactivate the speedbreaker so you'll whip around super quickly. Can't wait for more episodes!
Oh yeah, and a tip for pursuits: when you get the chance, get the mustang or pontiac GTO for pursuits. They're kinda boaty, but they're heavy and do a lot of damage to police cars
STEERING - Controls how responsive your car is. You don't want this to be too low, and if it is too high your car will drag to the left or right a little bit, especially on grass.
HANDLING - Controls how much your car slides when turning. If you want it to slide a bit more, tune it to the left. Less, tune it to the right. You would think that having it all the way to the right would be a good thing, but it's not. Most cars should go only 2 clicks to the right. You will notice that after on the 3rd click, when you turn the car it will turn extremely sharp and you will lose control of the vehicle.
BRAKES - Brake pressure. This is 100% driver preference, and depends on your driving style. After you have the previous 2 settings done and you've driven the car a bit, tune it to the left or right a 5 clicks and see which one is better. Then, from there, tune it down one click until you get it exactly where you want it.
RIDE HEIGHT - The lower your car, the better it handles (most of the time.) The drawback; Your car will bottom out much easier and slow you down, especially over jumps.
AERODYNAMICS- The farther to the right, your car will handle better, and take turns faster (most likely). But, this will also cause your car to accelerate slower in higher speeds. To the left, you will have greater acceleration in higher speeds but lower turnability.
NOS - Driver preference. Left, longer, less powerful nitrous. Right, shorter, more powerful nitrous.
TURBO - Farther to the left will place your turbo's boost in the lower RPM's. Farther to the right will place your turbo's boost farther up in the RPM range. Left is good for tighter tracks, and right is good for highway tracks.

Restart the game if you don't get the bosses car then it should let you redo it.. then choose the one you didn't choose and you'll have the bosses car...I used to do that so my garage was full with every single boss car😂
