I love hearing updates on other people's language learning journeys (especially Korean since I'm studying it as well :)) definitely felt what you meant about how hard it is to stay disciplined when you're self-studying. I just started taking lessons on iTalki and I learn way more in an hour Skype call with a tutor than I do trying to learn it on my own. BTW, it's super cool that you're thinking about living in Paris in your thirties, do you speak French?
It's nice to know you're not alone eh? I totally agree~ I've heard about iTalki and I am glad to hear you are having a good experience... hmm maybe I should finally check it out! I don't speak French unfortunately 😅. The rest of my family is bilingual ... I am just really really bad at learning languages lol
maybe sometime verb book is little bit wrong bc sometime not have word in Korea lang or English example clinic and hospital is different on English in Korea same word use it( actually here also different but not have divide word like that) this make me video make me happy to improve English.
It's totally true. Sometimes there just isn't a word that matches. I think that is kind of a beautiful part of learning different languages. Especially, because sometimes the words that only exist in one language are really inspiring or unique concepts!
There are a bunch of different sections available each semester. I have class from 6:30 to 10:30 on Wednesday and 9:00 to 1:00 on Saturday. But my friend, who is a teacher actually, has his class 3 days a week MWF 6:00-9:00. There was also a once a week, almost all day saturday option as well. 🙌
Yes! That's right - the classes are 100% online right now. I suspect it will go back to in-person classes next semester as Korea moves to the "with Covid" model.
I should probably stop calling it the KIIP 'Program' considering the 'P' is for program... 😬

Is the KIIP program all online, in person, or a mix?
They switched to full online because of covid earlier this year, I don't know if something has changed!
