Ingredients :
3pcs Bangus
3 pcs Potatoes Slice and Stir fry
1 tsp. Soy sauce
Salt to taste
Ground Pepper to taste
1 medium size onion slice
Cayenne Pepper
1 Red bell pepper
5 Garlic cloves crushed
1/4 cup Green peas (Optional)
Vinegar to taste
4 tbsp Brown sugar
2 cups Water
1 tbsp Cornstarch dissolve in water
2 to 3 tbsp. Cooking Oil
