I stopped partying and fooling around with friends that did the same thing every weekend.... These woman are more then inspiring. They are LIFE changers!

It's so funny how katrin and Sara train completely differently. Katrin is controlled and measured in every way and Sara is loose and free. It's by far the most compelling storyline going into the games imo. It's like Bergeron vs froning training styles.
Tommy Geairn that is a pretty cool assessment of the two. I am reading Bergeron's book and its ridiculous at how meticulous (in a good way) he is in his approach with his programming and how he trains his athletes. I would love to read Froning's book to see the differences in approaches.

The good thing about working out is that you can carry more shopping/grocery bags. So you dont have zo go so many times to the car and back into the kitchen ^^ (30:20)
After following the Games since 2010 and attending from 2011-2016, I'm finding I like the BTS stuff more than the actual games now. Kind of like the Hard Knocks and All or Nothing series.
