I was consuming the bad stuff for most of my life I'm now 58. For the past 7 weeks I've been dropping them all. I'm also taking important supplements I need. Holistic doctors on the internet have helped me a great deal. I now feel better than I have in several years especially my brain and energy levels. My pain has almost completely disappeared. With a little exercise a physical therapist told me the lower back pain that I sometimes experience will probably go away too. ❤

Consume with dairy. Add cheese to salads. Don't cook the spinach, it only increases oxilates when you do. Went on keto and ate too much spinach. Result - kidney stone. Drink milk or add other calcium rich dairy when eating high oxilate foods.

Thank you for this great information but nuts, some fruits you recommended and grains are all high in oxalates. How do I consume them without putting my kidney in danger?
Consume with dairy. Add cheese to salads. Don't cook the spinach, it only increases oxilates when you do. Went on keto and ate too much spinach. Result - kidney stone. Drink milk or add other calcium rich dairy when eating high oxilate foods.
