Very nice boat. The kitchen worktops looked like pine rather than oak. I would hang my wet coats on the hooks in the shower rather than in that cupboard.
Nice boat not sure 100% about the wood makes it a bit dark and dated but I do like the layout Why no gas ? cheapest and easiest way to cook on a boat especally in winter
@@hilarygibson3150if you look at the brochure it says kerosene. Which is also cheaper than diesel as it’s easier and cheaper to make. Oil-fired Range Cookers can run on different fuels including kerosene, diesel, and biofuels
Chop it where you want the extra bit to go in, offset cut, so cabin cut a foot away from hull cut(provides better strength) weld new metal in place, sprayfoam new section, extend all electrics and plumbing, then build new section of cabin.
Unfortunately, the value of anything is entirely arbitrary. If it turns out that someone is willing to pay £108k, then that's what it's worth. Covid might have pushed prices up, but it seems the growing popularity of narrowboating, thanks to vloggers and TV shows etc, is also pushing up demand.
Another level of p taking this one. If someone blows 107k of their lump sum on this 12 yr old pine fitted boat then it just buggers everything up for the rest of us Looking to buy.
Still not bought a boat after all this time? Still moaning about prices? Perhaps a caravan is more your budget, the arse has fallen out of that market, due mostly to people's lack of desire to live in an acoustically transparent shit box on wheels.😂
@@philelliott5327 no thanks Phil, caravans not my thing. My problem is time, not money. I only complain about the prices that are plainly too high , often the case here , and will create an artificially inflated market that will affect those when the rusted bottom falls literally out of the boat market.
Stunning!! Me wants it! ❤
This is the best.
It’s really not you know
Cracking boat i like it a lot 😊
Beautiful,...

£107,950
Wow quality though.
Absolutely fabulous woodworking but while Belfast sinks look great they are the pure dickens to keep clean! 👌
Nice boat but ouch the price bit rich for me.👍

WOW……REAL WOOD!
Pine.. it’s a very soft wood
Beautiful boat.wish I could afford one.😭
If it’s gas free ,what does the range run on ?
I should imagine diesel.
Kerosene
Diesel. I have one

How do you stretch a boat? Is there like a mechanism with giant elastic bands at front and back?

@@matty40s So a cut and shut!? Twas a joke
If I were to stretch a boat, I think I would have put more than 4’ in it
Is it just me thst thinks a lot of the woodwork is looking grubby. Getting it all sanded back and refinished is going to be ££££
Beautiful boat ,bit pricey , I can understand the work that went into it .
0.07 - Thousands of viewers reach for their phones to check for a message... 😂
I don't like the bedroom at the back, too much heavy wood throughout, being so long it looks like a long corridor. Liked the range though .
If i had this and citizenship it would be minen😉
This one is priced for an offer, you wouldn't pay the full price but I'm sure someone will 😅
It might well be a nice boat, but it’s not £108k nice
Spot on,they still overpricing since convid

Trying to get the money back for the pointless 4ft stretch
@@James-In-ExileAt that price I’d rather buy new.
@@BigUpMCDAt that price you would need another 80 grand on top to build a quality boat.
Cross bed, short people only need apply.
Lovely boat but spoiled by the poor condition engine room
Indeed, the engine compartment doesn’t reflect the quality of the rest of the boat.
I was thinking it looked a bit... wet. Such a contrast though with the electrical cupboard and everything else on board.
Looks older than 12 years old .....
Please stop using green screens. It's obviously fake
Thank God we won’t see any more boats like THIS………UNIQUE…….. He Said…….. Pure BS… Rugby Boats could TRY & sell Sand to the Arabs…..😂😂😂😂
