Trade recap going over the past 3 trading sessions. I started the week on Tuesday with 5 trades and a -$10k loss. Some good setups I let go red on me and some forced trades based off emotional decisions. Not a great day.
Wednesday came, using the lessons from Tuesday yet still let a $14k winner turn into a small profit however towards the afternoon session I took a solid trade with small risk off the concepts of putting sellers in pain.
Thursday, 1 and done type of day. Small tight range - looking to take profits fast.
If you take a loss, LEARN from the loss. Figure out if your mistake is an emotional one or technical one. Use those lessons to better prepare yourself in future trades. That is what I did so far this week and how I came back from losing trades and a losing day. Frustrating but think present moment and forget about the past

I had to make adjustments to my RR as well. Wish i had watched your video earlier LOL would have saved me a bunch of break even trades and letting a bunch of big wins turn into small ones.

Man i traded this today and lost so much money due to entries that i thought where good. Very similar to you carmine. I Didn’t have much capital to begin with so i basically got auto-liquidated. Gotta replenish my account now…

BUT you are using candlesticks to trade!!!!!!
0 candle stick charts were used to buy or sell. Every trade taken is based off buyer/seller volume
