I figured this out when I was in college. Unfortunately, the lack of green spaces around me and my limited allowance meant that I had to stay in my room most of the time

Yes, Sir This is what I did everyday. You can say I’m lazy at home but whenever the college class ended, I always head to coffee shop or Boba shop. It just makes me feel more engaging toward my studying and research and I can see that I get more things done than doing it at home….well, I never study at home.

time has memory and places have energy.. studying on the same time and in the same place is much easier and put you in the mood and dive you in the momentum quicker.
One thing that helped me focus is camera. Do you know why study youtubers are always so focused? Because they are nerds? Probably, but not each time. I have adhd and its soo hard for me to sit and study. But yesterday, I just kept my phone in front of me and started recording it. Now that I know that I'm being recorded, I'm cautious. This way, I broke out of my anti-focus glitch.

It also has to do with the types of the study. If you study by reading thick books, there’s likely a chance that no matter what you do, it will still be boring. When you said adventure, the study needs to be the adventure itself, because if not, there will still be a separation between the study and the adventure, and the adventure will only serve as a just another little break between studies. Instead, I’d prefer turning the study into adventure by turning real life phenomenons into a simulation or an illustration of the concept that I’m studying. For example, if I study blood circulation, I’d pretend that the road I’m walking on is blood vessel and my destination is the heart, which could be a McDonald or something. Then, I’d pretend that the people and cars are red blood cells. Or maybe I’d try sending a gift to my friend and pretend that I’m a red blood cell delivering oxygen to the body.

Not for every one. When I change enviroment I will be less sleepy, but thats because I will study the enviroment instead of what I suppose to study. But nice tool if you can't force yourself to study in proper enviroment anyway since some work is better than none.
Studying in a clean, open, well lit space helps. Good room temp and humidity, too. While getting a good night's rest, not staying up looking at your phone. Have your coffee in the morning, empty your bowels, and take your vitamins and any medication.
I use this a lot, but I never knew what it was called 👍

you just make it harder for people to be successful, a lot of ways and a lot of tricks, if you will follow these ways , all what you will accomplish that you will lose time you can achieve your goals from any place and any time
