hey man i am brewing with chat gpt since its out. but its more of a dialogue between me and him that creates the best beer since there are still some mistakes being made, even when most of them are context driven. definetly a nice comrade when making your own beer.
Interesting. I used the exact same words, to chat GPT, but got a slightly different recipe. The first wort hops did not show. Used Citra, Mosaic and Amarillo. Less 2-row and less Munich. Salts changed as well, 100ppm chloride. Looking forward to the tasting and your recipe for comparison.

What does the phosphoric acid do for the brew? Or is it merely to lower pH?
Yup it’s purely to lower the pH of the mash
