That’s awesome they have adopt a pet and you can take them for walks on the beach … thank you for bringing awareness to such a great organization
Absolutely!! We wanted to walk a rescue but they only did it on Sunday and Tuesday when we were there. I think Wet Noses is located in Punta Mita!
Omg that beach is a hidden gem love it ..
Walking out into that was the best reward!
Love this Sayulita trip. Parts of it was so zen and chill i felt like it would be great for a retreat... and then there is its beautiful street art and animals.
Thanks for all you do. You are appreciated.
Aww 🥰 you know how much we value your support and appreciate all you do for us! You’re right it had this really easy going flow to it. I could definitely see them having retreats there! Thank you so much for the coffees!! You’re the best! Have a wonderful day!
@The Country Collectors always. You add joy to my life. I'm not there but I feel transported through you. I look forward to SunYayyyys
How incredible, the vibes and the beautiful surrounding is just breathtaking and wonderful to just enjoy the moment
Hi Banshan! It is a great place to just unwind! Or party if that’s your thing!
My friends have been here multiple times looking forward to seeing why they love it so much. Happy Sunday!
Happy Sunday! We hope you enjoy it!
@@TheCountryCollectors I really did thanks for sharing.
The beaches are awesome .. such a neat little adventure you did to get to see the sunset
It was a little tough with the cooler, ups and downs but so worth it!
We LOVE Sayulita. Alongside Puerto Escondido, it's actually one of our favourite spots for relaxing days by the ocean. Neighbouring San Pancho is also beautiful. Adam.... That burro pizza looks damn tasty! Glad you guys are having a great time.
Hey! Oh man that burro pizza rocked! We really enjoyed San Pancho. It was a nice escape from busy Sayulita!
Awesome vlog once again...thank you!!!
Hey! Thanks so much! So glad you enjoyed it.
What cute little coffee spot ..
Pepe! I said he built the entire thing - but what I meant was he rebuilt the inside. He serves up coffee and other drinks as well as food too! Such a sweet guy.
Thank you for the virtual vacation! It was amazing to see the sunshine after getting 2’ of snow yesterday ❄️❄️
Holy moly! We heard there was a big storm that moved/is moving through! I would love to play in that right now - wow! But glad we could bring you some warmth!
You're BOTH so awesome. omg... that was worth the trek. It is gorgeous!!! Love the drone shot. Breath inspiring!

We love having you along Tammy! Our journey wouldn’t be the same if we didn’t share it with you. We’re so glad you enjoyed it! We had a bunch of fun making it.
Yes, there is something for everyone; a RV park too...
That was so cool! Right on the beach!
@@markszeto1564 ya that was awesome …
I love watching all of your videos. You both brighten my day with your fun-loving spirit, smiles, and humor. I'm sure the locals love it when you publicly acknowledge them on camera and introduce them by name. The personal touch is outstanding! I really love that! You're also kind to the animals. Thank you for your tip about MapMe. As a single woman moving to Mexico, I will definitely use it. You have shared so much delightful information and sights to see. Thank you, thank you, thank you!😊

Hey that reminded me of Holbox with golf carts and dirt roads. Those cheese 🌯 are genius! You guys look so relax, those vibes passes thru me.
It sure did - just a tad more busy here! Haha I know - and they were SO good. They called them itacate- like the name of the restaurant. Do you know what that means? Yes it’s a great place to go and just soak up that beach bum vibe in the day and then party at night if you’d like!
Agree
@The Country Collectors I do not know what it means. But man it sure looks like a great place. I need relax time now!

So beautiful and quaint. Love the local vibe and recommendations...time to start planning.
Yes it’s a really fun spot!
Thank you for sharing
You got it!
Couldn't imagine why anyone would need to escape Puerto Vallarte. Well, the appetizing food and drinks, the beach, the town and the sunset made a compelling case for a trip to Sayulita!
Hey Celia! Your right. We really enjoyed PV but sometimes it’s nice to get away from the big city too! If you only went for one reason though, it should be that cheese wrapped burrito 🌯 ! Thanks son much for your comment!
@@TheCountryCollectors Yes! That cheese-wrapped burrito! I'd be eating it right off of the grill!
I've found it to be worthwhile to burn my fingers to eat some things right off the grill. My grandmother was such a fantastic cook that we'd stand by her stove and, when she turned around, we'd snatch food right out of the frying pan! Yum!
Wou ! Tuyệt vời biển nước trong xanh quang cảnh bình dị lạ thường , đẹp quá , Thank bạn đã chia sẻ video rất đẹp nhé , Chúc bạn tràn ngập niềm vui và hạnh phúc nhé 👍
I’m not sure what this means but I see a thumbs up!! Thank you!
Had a great time in Sayulita! Thank you for all the wonderful suggestions. I loved Playa De Los Muertos and Itacate the most. This town is so adorable and the people are incredibly friendly and hospitable.
So glad you enjoyed your time!
Did you get the cheesy burrito or something else?
@@TheCountryCollectors totally the cheesy burrito! It was awesome!
@@andigs2 mmmm yay!
The place you stayed in was really nice and relaxing. No doubt Sayulita its a place to go visit. I was drooling when Adam was showing the Chicharrones 🤤🤤 and when Heidi said "move over fruit" when she tried the BurroPizza I was LOL. But hey, no swimming at the beach???? C'mon Country Collectors!!
You guys walk miles and miles so those meals you guys get are more than well deserved 👏🏽 . Loved those Dog theme shirts 👌🏽
PS the lid Adam is wearing rocks!!
Hey Araf!! Haha that burropizza was legit! And no we didn’t swim. We had to keep the day moving! I honestly wouldn’t swim at the main beach in Sayulita, the water wasn’t that appealing to us since the river drains in right there. But we would swim over on Playa de los Muertos, a lot more clean! Oh and Adam absolutely loves his new hat too! It’s awesome. Thanks for watching! You know we love sharing all of this with you!
That’s right Adam .. you can’t eat that fabulous food with out serenade it first hahaha
It always tastes better after a little song!

Glad you had a great time! Hope you get better soon! 💕
Another beautiful adventure guys, I always enjoy seeing those painted walls .oh chicharons ,that's so yummy ,I missed chicharons .the breakfast looks good .banana bread ,fresh smoothies and burro. Lots of bars, restaurants, shops, so much to explore there .beautiful local shops ,they handmade all their products .iguanas wow ,they are huge .that looks so great to dine out when the weather was nice and warm .that's awesome about the adoption or fostering the animals .the beach was gorgeous. Mexico reminds me so much of Philippines, probably because we used the same currency and spoke their language (mostly )that's definitely a beautiful place to enjoy the beach .can't wait to travel .thanks for the tour .that was fantastic tour. Thank you Adam/Heidi.

strong stomachs you two! I have been in Mexico a week and already feeling the revenge going on... that food does look amazing though. What a beautiful place!
Oh no so sorry to hear that!
I was thinking to tell you about Playa Carricitos to see the sundown, but you already found out... My favorite beach around Sayulita
Careful with that dog at the house up there, it bit my puppy!
Oh no 👎🏽 I’m so sorry to hear that!!
👍❤️ this place is really really awesome
It sure is!
10 yrs ago I stayed in a beautiful home just above Playa Carriccitos. We walked thru the bush on a tiny path but I see it's a lot bigger now with a fence. Also no one came there except the other hiker. That round pool high up that you showed in your drone pic is the owner (family residence) of Elle Magazine & they did photoshoots there. Things have changed a lot in Sayulita Still like the place but just too crowded now. The north end is best. Txs for the memories.
So happy to share with you Pat! I can only imagine how much it has changed in a decade. It’s still very cool to go and spend time there but not like you were describing. Thanks for sharing the info about the pool. That is very interesting! Have a great day! 👍🏽🇲🇽❤️

Wow. That cheese burrito! It’s like a keto burrito! I told my wife Dana I would fly down there next weekend just to eat that! 🤣
Haha yes it is! That’s the first thing we said. We did the Keto life for awhile and would have loved to know this recipe then!
I love your videos. Thanks. Are you guys from Detroit?

I know in an earlier video you recommended the snorkeling gear to purchase. Would you mind posting those links again for me? We are headed to Mexico in about 2 weeks !
That’s awesome! Here they are. amzn.to/3xarUhh amzn.to/3AhN3bi
But you bypassed Bucerias to get to Sayulita?
Yes we did. We’ve heard great things - but unfortunately can’t go everywhere.
My husband and I visited Sayulita in March and enjoyed it a lot, especially the golden glittery sand on the beach and the surfers; however, I'd warn against trying the raw oysters. I ate one the vendor gave me as a sample--it tasted "off". Then the next day a horrible case of Montezuma's revenge hit me. Wouldn't recommend eating uncooked seafood in the smaller towns in Mexico as they sometimes don't have the infrastructure to support the cleanest water. Or it could have been the drinks that the locals were making us on the beach. They rented us umbrellas and then made us pineapple rum drinks, which was super fun and nice but getting sick the next day was a big downer. Big careful out there, people!
Hi Stephanie. That’s great advice thank you so much for sharing! Sorry for the discomfort.
Hi love your vids! Just want to know how to get to Puerto Vallarta from Guadalajara airport? (I guess it's the main airport) thanks!!

I went to Sayultia in August During the off season and it was far from what was captured in this video. The beach was dirty with garbage all over. Streets/ sidewalks had garbage and animal poo all over the place. The ocean water was brown and when the wind blew it smelled very bad on the beach. Not sea life bad, but just plan gross you out smells.
I see all these videos of people showing how beautiful it is there.... Do the locals take better care of the area during the tourist time of year? Cause to be frank, Sayulita in my experience was the worst place I have ever taken a vacation. Literally everywhere else around is much better.
Thanks for sharing your experience. Sorry it wasn’t good for you.
Buen Español chicos
Practicamos todos los días! ☀️
if you eat and drink in sayulita, you'll get sick. their water is very polluted and full of bacteria. I'm not saying "don't drink the water". I'm saying all your dishes are washed in the water, forks and knives, glasses, ice cubes and every surface in the kitchen has been contaminated with their water. sayulita is beautiful and im going back again this winter. I love sayulita. I'm just letting you guys know that if and when you start spraying out of both ends, their is a perfect little pharmacy right by the sayulita sign. they sell over the counter antibiotics and these will save your trip!!!!
Thanks for letting everyone know this. Luckily we didn’t have any issues.
@@TheCountryCollectors no problem! This is funny, I’m currently binge watching your videos while you’re replying to me. You guys are currently in PV at the cat park haha. I’ve been to PV at least 20 times but I like seeing others experiences just in case I’ve missed anything
@@mk-jm5tv haha that’s awesome!! I like doing that too. Even after going or living somewhere for awhile you can miss things!!
I really enjoy how you bring attention to the locals and their traditions, as well as the animals in your videos. That makes them very special. Thank you for providing such valuable information for us to learn from.
It’s so important while traveling to learn about these things for us. We always try to give back to the community that is sharing their land and space with us as much as we can!
@@TheCountryCollectors there are too many people that just travel to resorts and never venture out to experience the areas .. nothing beats going to the towns and experiencing other cultures and traditions… that’s the highlight of traveling for me.
Us too! Even in tourist places like this it can be so easy to overlook things - like the Huichol man. You need to really be open and present during your trips to those little things that make your experience so much more rich!
