+Jason Brookes. I agree with you. In the season 7 story, "The Living Skins" used to creep me out and the first time I saw that story was when I was 16 years old.
This story is the show's absolute peak. It's a terrific story (and the blue and the green really DID affect the Roman Empire), the effects are good, it's quite chilling in parts and it brings the very welcome addition of Elzabeth Adare as Elizabeth M'Bondo. The guest star, Jason Kemp, is very good.
Thanks for the upload, I really got into Ace of Wands a few years back and really love retro British sci-fi, that was much, much more than a children's TV show, cracking programme, thanks a lot for the upload, I'll check out the others. Thanks.
Elizabeth: John, help. These guys are staring and giggling like idiots at me. Stephen: Thank god. Watching this painting is like well...watching paint dry.
At 12:56 the effect is kind of similar to most of the 1970s 1980s doctor who special effects I think especially the explosion at the end of the neutrino rays.
why is it we had theme tunes in the 70s that were so cool dr. who hawaii five O etc etc but today we do not seems we lost something. The theme tune to the tomorrow people also really good.
sally king So true. The programme episodes were a mercifully brief prelude to the theme tune. I was just thinking Hawaii Five-O, myself. Doctor Who, however - meh.
Bio-Computer: I will gently bombard the painting with neutrino radiation wooom wooom wooom woooom BANG Kid: You destroyed the painting! Bio-Computer: No, but you all have cancer now.
It literally gives the reason in the next scene. She'd only been a Tomorrow Person for a day or two, the ability was very new to her: she simply did not think of doing so.
No, it was just that she was a very new Tomorrow Person, and simply did not think of jaunting because she'd only had the ability for a day or two at most.
Loved this show. Happy memories . Thanks for sharing with us.
Thanks pal
The bit from around 12:56 to 13:12
Is really great filming and the neutrino waves effects is brilliant for the time and even now that’s quite creepy
This was a really scary show for younger kids... me included. I was 7 but couldn't resist watching it... nothing else like it.

So many 70s kids shows were super trippy!
Sapphire and Steel scared me

Check out another British tv series, Timeslip. And if you aren't already aware, Blakes 7.
13.27
I'm going to pull that excuse.
"I didn't break it; it broke itself."
The actors trousers are a bit tight at the front at 9:28 !That must be a ball ache :D
Must have hurt a bit or felt a bit uncomfortable.
I noticed that 😂

+Herbert it's a good theme tune, I like the Grange Hill theme as well
Keelz Bateman - Grange Hill! Are you dancing?
I wouldn't want to be probed by Tim...
Can anybody tell if one of the 3 (1:18) youths is Mark Sheppard?
Bio-Computer: I will gently bombard the painting with neutrino radiation
wooom wooom wooom woooom BANG
Kid: You destroyed the painting!
Bio-Computer: No, but you all have cancer now.
"Keep An Eye On Robert" count: 5:41 (two for the serial so far)
Why does it ave to start twice
Because it's two episodes tied together.
The only time traveller here, is Charlie Higson! How did he do it???????????
I don't want to post spoilers, but you really do kind of feel sad for Robert in this one. Especially knowing what he has to do.
ah pound notes
A bit annoying to have a 13 minute attention span enforced by a TV show.
Erm.. Why didn't she jaunt?
Maybe she didn't have her belt on? And she said she didn't think about it.
It literally gives the reason in the next scene. She'd only been a Tomorrow Person for a day or two, the ability was very new to her: she simply did not think of doing so.
She did not Jaunt because it was a secret...and the kid s knew her.
No, it was just that she was a very new Tomorrow Person, and simply did not think of jaunting because she'd only had the ability for a day or two at most.
Peter is gay.. known as PVC.. the audio comment on the dvd box set.. from NICK to PVC... it's called breaking out not coming out Peter.. ha
Is it just me or is there a not very hidden gay sub text in all this?
It's you, lovee
Grandad and his bad acting hehehe
