Hi Dr. Goldner🤗 first of all I'd like to say thank you for this life saving information. I just finished watching your UA-cam video with Fever FM. And I have decided to start making your green smoothie. So I hope this is the correct video for the smoothie that reverses the illness? I have joint pain in my right elbow and some groin pain and some inflammation in my feet. I'm headed to the grocery store soon. My question is can I use Flax milk by Good Karma instead of Almond milk? Thank you again and may the Lord 🙏🏼 bless you and your family always for sharing your blessing of healing for free.

I made similiar green smoothies years ago. They taste good right away but because of oxidation they do not taste good later in the day. I will give it another try when I get a vacuum blender.
If possible, Use a Vacuum blender, they suck the air out, less oxidation.
Can I use pre washed power greens?
Thanks Dr Goldner! I make mine similarly, using frozen bananas, frozen mangoes, berries (either mixed, strawberries or blueberries or whatever is on hand), adding ground flaxseeds. Yesterday I added maca powder. But I use coconut water with my fruit smoothies. I really should add greens too. What do you think of coconut water? Would I be better off with water?
No coconut water is amazing as long as it isn’t red or pink. Has to be clear.

no issue with mixing the seed fats with the fruit sugars? I thought mixing fats with sugars was not good?
Why so many bananas? I make this with 1 banana, I kiwi and 1 apple. As well as packed kale and spinach I add 1 stalk celery and a hunk of cucumber. Is it ok to add the celery and cucumber. I also do not add as much water. Is it necessary to add the same amount you do.
Hello Dr Goldner, (including fruits ) how much grams of green vegetables do you recommend (for a healthy person) to consume per day ? Could you please mention the weight of green vegetables in grams ? Regards

can I juice greens and drink or does it have to be smoothie in blender? I dont have a blender so Im just juicing and hopefully it will give smae result. (i do seeds seperately)
You want to use a blender so you get all the fiber to feed your gut bacteria.
I don’t have one either but I use a NutrIBullet.
Get a blender a good one as simple as that

If you can’t have a lot of potassium which greens should you use? I am still waiting on my genetic test to come back but rna was positive twice plus I have protein and blood in urine
But doctor said kidneys was good
D3 was 11 so they put me on that til test comes back I have had blood and protein in urine for several years and still no answer Thank you!!!

Is that because most veggies are blanched before they are frozen?
I think freezing destroys the food's enzymes, too. :-(

1/4 cup or 1/2 cup of seeds?? In recent videos recipe says 1/2 cup! Pls guide. I'm taking 1/3 (3 tblspn flax and 3 tbsp chia) but I get constipated even though I drink more water.. pls guide.
Flaxseed oil if constipated and drink at least 96oz water per day.

Hi, when i eat this right after my lemon water I feel dizzines, brain fog, my symptoms start to get worse. But if I eat this after lunch I am ok. The lack of the fibre in the morning may be te cause? Thank you

Maybe it's the detoxifying effect? Once you eat a normal meal, the detox stops.
I don't know if that's that but there is nothing worst than associating bananas with acid fruits especially lemon juice it f up ur digestion so of course u can go dizzy cause now there is fermentation in your stomach.
I’d say it could be the lemon water. Dr Greger says it’s not good to drink lemon water first thing. He did a video on it.
help! soaked or not my flax seeds are mostly whole after a long time blending. soooo my blender must stink. is there an option to pulverize the flax seeds that doesn't cost 700 bucks? suggestions much appreciated! who wants to chew their smoooooothie!?!? :)

I do mine dry in smoothie maker, then remove them, then add all fruit veg and liquid, then add back dry pulverized seeds.
Update: I just watched another one of her videos. Apparently doing them dry isn't good as they oxidize. :-(
Flaxseeds need to be crushed anyway, otherwise they just go straight through you without you getting any nutrients. If you have a grinder, or a coffee grinder you can use that. I buy them ground but once opened the packet must be refrigerated. Once i couldn’t find ground ones so I just used my mortar and pestle and ground them as I needed them but that’s a pain. I’d much rather buy them ground.
I use frozen greens most of the time which means they are flash-steamed and not something that you can just pack into a blender or you get 4lbs in there.
About how much, by weight, is the amount of greens you are recommending?
1lbs of frozen Kale or Spinach is about 1/4 the size of a 1/2lb bag of the fresh stuff. Sometimes I get spinach that is pressed into tiny bricks that weigh a pound, likely pressed for shipping space reduction.
Anyhow, I am using, by weight, 3oz of kale, 2 oz spinach, 1 oz of broccoli in my smoothie.
Of course, I eat plants all day long but not always green leafy veg but I do have at least one smoothie per day with the amount of greens above.
