Hi, I tried ice bathing for the first time in the same loc when I went to iao, im medyo thin so its harder to not shiver fast. Its more a mental challenge. They say its for faster muscle recovery and a lot of benefits (you can research more about it), personally did it even without prior activities, nainitan lang but it’s still alright. I did 4 min for the first time, which is not bad.
