This is carian grandeur (a spell from base game), not Rellana’s move (carian sovereignty). They look the exact same, but carian sovereignty has way more range.

@@massunoi First of all that's debatable, cause if you disable flash step then get the M1 guardbreak passive they're literally done for.
Secondly that's besides the point, why give SR's 4 different crits and everybody else 1? The bias is very obvious with which race the devs are playing, we've gotten almost every True Bankai shown so far, yet no leaks for the Res and Segunda reworks as well as the new Quincy mode?
Can tell you're using SR so don't call anybody OD while playing that carried OP race, you can talk after it gets nerfed.
