Thank you for Suresh Moona Sir and Vinayak for this podcast. The records say Basavanagudi Bull temple was built by Shri. Kempe Gowda in 1500s and later died in a battle near Magadi. It is also found they had good relationship with Vijayanagara Empire. Kadu Malleswara temple was built by Shri. Venkoji (Shivaji Maharaj’s brother).

Fantastic work by Vinayaka anna. This series and Dharmendra sir's series was such an eye -opener and delight. Our sweet lovely superb bengalooru has Such legendary history facts, wow!!!! More strength to you and please continue getting such jewels of Karnataka on the show.
Hi Vinayak! This is such a great episode and as usual an inspiring guest. I had watched almost all episodes of Bengaluru Namma Ooru of Suresh sir during school days. It was a delight watching him again narrating Bengaluru history.
One exciting point about Jayanagara and Rajajinagara - Jayanagara was inaugurated by C.Rajagopalachari (Rajaji) and was named after Jayachamarajendra Wodeyar, and a few days later, Rajajinagara was inaugurated by Jayachamarajendra Wodeyar and was named Rajagopalachari. Both were inaugurated with pillars (Ashoka Pillar and the one opposite to Orion Mall)
Omg sir I am big fan u sir really it means a lot to see you sir again , the way you use to explain about the old orginal Bangalore in a particular news channel, namma uru Bengaluru program.... Bow to ur words sir hats off

Part 2 - exuded a distinct flavour of Bangalore, yet crisp, crunchy, like Subbamma's condiments. Keep it coming.

That is another great Kannada show… but NWV is a podcast fundamentally and we need to look at it with a new perspective.
