Rouse Avenue Court Hearing on Arvind Kejriwal LIVE: केजरीवाल की गिरफ्तारी पर जबरदस्त बहस

The Rouse Avenue Court on Saturday sent Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal to judicial custody till July 12 in the excise policy case. This comes after the court earlier reserved an order on the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) plea seeking judicial custody of the Chief Minister. In the application given to Rouse Avenue Court seeking judicial custody, CBI has said that Arvind Kejriwal is not cooperating in the investigation and is deliberately avoiding giving direct answers to the questions.
राउज एवेन्यू कोर्ट ने शनिवार को दिल्ली के मुख्यमंत्री अरविंद केजरीवाल को उत्पाद शुल्क नीति मामले में 12 जुलाई तक न्यायिक हिरासत में भेज दिया। यह अदालत द्वारा पहले मुख्यमंत्री की न्यायिक हिरासत की मांग करने वाली केंद्रीय जांच ब्यूरो (सीबीआई) की याचिका पर आदेश सुरक्षित रखने के बाद आया है। न्यायिक हिरासत की मांग को लेकर राउज एवेन्यू कोर्ट में दी गई अर्जी में सीबीआई ने कहा है कि अरविंद केजरीवाल जांच में सहयोग नहीं कर रहे हैं और जानबूझकर सवालों के सीधे जवाब देने से बच रहे हैं.
