section 20 - in case of more then one defendant in suit and all the defendants are residing in different jurisdiction then in which court the suit will be instituted.... we have to institute different different suit in courts of local jurisdiction where they are residing..????? for example defendant 1 resides in gurgaon defendant 2 in delhi defendant 3 in jaipur defendant 4 in ambala and defendant 5 in banglor in this case according to section 20 we have file different cases at different places ...???? please clear this doubt zeenat mam....
