After changing the clock to past midnight, you can get the pumpkin hat by dropping a pumpkin from a high point (near ceiling I think), the ghost hat is on a random ghost. The halo is on the top of the ceiling fan. You can access the cosmetics in the wardrobe in the menu. Otherwise just look around, and do things.
