Jisoo is always the Leader of the group, even though they say that the group doesn't have a leader, Jisoo has all the qualities of being a leader, she cares for others like a Mother or big sister, and she always directs the words for the group.
I think she's more of their life leader (supports them emotionally, keeping them engaged, encouraging them, etc.), whereas Jennie is the work leader (she's a perfectionist and get's tasks done efficiently).
