It's funny because she looks a lot more natural than him and we can see that she really loves him, it's cute ^^
Unfortunately the schnitzel is not very nice. The skillet is too small and there´s way too few fat in it. A schnitzel has to swim and only this method gives you the possibility to do the "soufflage" what means shaking the whole skillet to move the fat around. That´s the original method to make the bread crumps light and fluffy.
The shown method with a too small skillet and too few fat leads to the seen result: The bread crumps are sticking to the meat, there´s no bubbles of air underneath and the schnitzel is unevenly browned, dark in the middle with blonde sides.
Sorry Ludo, but you could do way better. You are a great chef! We need a video with improved technique! I guess it happened because you where shellshocked about your british anciestry.
We Romanians make a lot of snitel. I’ve made pork, but now I only make chicken. Reteta e din Austria, nu Germania.

Love you guys but the only schnitzel i call by that name is a Viennese and it is a breaded veal steak. It is called Viennerschnitzel and is usually served with a plate of potato salad And it is by no means German, it is oh so Austrian
