  • If you're scared of cooking fish on the BBQ, this is a technique that removes a lot of the room for error. Including a method of removing all of the bones in one swift movement that might be a nice party trick at the next family gathering.

    Wait, how it is boneless? He snipped the bones in half - why arent the belly end of the bones left in?

      he lifts the flesh away from the remaining bones. Excellent technique
