2:25 Technique 1 (7 cycles )
1)Inhale & Exhale deeply through your nose for 15secs.
2) Inhalefirst & exhale through nose
3)The moment you come to notice some vaccum in throat
4)hold it for 10sec min
5)now repeat 2nd cycle and so on

1)Inhale through the nose
2)Exhale through mouth
3)The moment you come to notice some vaccum in throat . Hold it for 10sec...15sec...20sec
4)now repeat 2nd cycle and so on
Do this two techniques early morning & before sleeping 💤 for atleast 1 week

lets summarize so you can correct:
1- sit comfortably join your hands fingers crossed and thumbs touching.
2- put your attention on your breath for 15sec
3- inhale then exhale completely with your nose. you feel a tension from navel to your throat.
4- hold as long as you can without pushing
5- inhale again, and exhale from nose 6 more times (7 in total).
6- on 8th turn you exhale from mouth.
7- the longer you hold the breath the better the benefits but let it grow slowly by practicing at least for a week.

having the recap is just to visualize the whole thing and handle the exercice with more ease. but I highly recommend you watch again the video with the recap on the side if you are going to do it.

I did this today felt very calm especially on my head felt calmness. The second part breath in through nose and breath out through mouth, how many time we need to do this? You have not mentioned in the video.

According to my knowledge after taking the food we should not do any pranayama but you insisting us to do before sleep. Is it correct?
You take food before going to sleep? 😅 after taking your dinner, you should sleep after 2,3 hours at that time food is down, and you can practice this technique .

How many rounds of exhalation thro mouth part?
One time
Bahariya kumbhak really helps to slow down the restless mind; also brings down the heart rate.
At first it increases the heart rate because body is not used to the pause between exhaling and inhaling; later the heart becomes more efficient and hence the heart rate goes down
