Investing is not just about making money; it's about aligning your investments with your values and making a positive impact on the world. Risk comes from not knowing what you're doing

People dont understand that the prices of things are never going back down. This inflation is deeper than we think. Those buying groceries are well aware that the real inflation is much over 10%. The increments dont match our income, yet certain investors still earn over $365,000 in stocks and assets. Wish I could accomplish that.

Very possible! especially at this moment. Profits can be made in many different ways, but such intricate transactions should only be handled by seasoned market professionals.

Some persons think inves'tin is all about buying stocks; I think going into the stock market without a good experience is a big risk, that's why I'm lucky to have seen someone like mr Brian C Nelson.

Finding yourself a good broker is as same as finding a good wife, which you go less stress, you get just enough with so much little effort at things

Very educational and practical. A part of my portfolio that needs to be bolstered - now I have a much better idea about how to go about that process. Thank you all.

As of 2023, the average electricity rates in Quebec are around 7.59 cents (CAD) per kilowatt-hour (about 5.7 cents USD). In Texas it was 11.15¢ / kWh in Dec of 2023. Texans pay almost twice as much for their electrical power than Quebecers.

I would pay 2x as much not to get cancer from car pollution on daily walks in this 3rd world dump..Europe has much cleaner infrastructure because they designed more human friendly cities.

18:31 this makes no sense with the definition of inflation, which is a continuous increase in the price level.
A continuous increase in the price level happens in one of two ways:
    (1) when the government agrees to pay a higher price for a good or service, or
    (2) when the central bank sets a usury rate greater than 0%.
This guy is talking about an abstract cost of living adjustment, not inflation.
    Words means something, right?
    Words have a definition, yes?

At this time, unsubsidized solar power is cheaper than subsidized oil and gas.
