Sounds like he was raised by parents who taught him how to clean up after himself and not tolerate living with a pig or cleaning after one and not to tolerate being taken advantage of when you pay money for a deposit a year in advanced. Sounds like he’s responsible enough to book his room really early and standing up for himself when he didn’t get what was agreed upon. A lot of students his age wouldn’t have done that. They’re more like his roommate.
Imagine paying for a hotel room and then having it taken away and instead having to share a room with somebody you don’t know who’s telling you that you can’t watch Netflix on a laptop at 10pm and lives like a slob. I’d be fucking pissed off and I wouldn’t just deal with it id go Karen on management lol.
