I have been going on a journey spiritually and physically by starting a fitness routine for myself that includes a mix of yoga, pilates, and weight lifting! It's been amazing and I have been feeling so great and feel much stronger already! I also love that it's Spring so I can start hiking all the time again!

Something interesting going on in my life... I am graduating high school very soon. I have 7 days of actual school left and I graduate a few weeks after that. I am absolutely terrified and am panicking. What is it like, moving permanently to a new country? How difficult and extensive is the procedure to make it so you can permanently stay? I'm soon to be in the process of a permanent move out of the US, but the whole procedure is so confusing. I read about it a lot, obviously, but I figured you would be knowledgeable on the topic.

Please do more like this. These are more relaxing to me than the role plays and staged videos. Your voice is great and I love looking at intricate tasks like this with the jewelry, playing with crystals, doing your nails, and cooking! Thank you so much for all your effort! Also, you should not have cut off all of the footage from you making the bracelet. The tingles were off the chain.

Today I had a panic attack. You help me every night to make bad thoughts go away so I always look forward to sleep time.
I just started at a new store (I work for Waitrose) having been at my previous branch for 8 years! It was my first Saturday job and I've over the years worked my way up to management. Listening to your videos helped me through the transition from one branch to the other, it also helped me to put a lot of things into perspective for my new role. I'm so glad I've made the change as now I am happier and more motivated than I've ever been. Thank you Maria for helping me to take a 'leap of faith' with the job and for your videos always comforting and making me feel reassured!

well.. i got my permanent dutch residency this month so i applied for a visa to go back to visit my friends and family in the states (i lived there for 9 years) but was denied because i still have too many roots in the states :\ anyway.. this wont bring me down! i will try again and again. i got accepted to university for the summer.. and i will be traveling to south africa soon for my first time in africa! my fifth continent!

Hi Maria! I'm competing in a history day competition for my seventh grade history class, and I won from my school, the whole Orange County, and now I'm going to the California state finals on Thursday in Sacramento! I'm so excited! The reason why I'm sharing this is I might be going to the national competition at the University of Maryland! I know that Maryland is your home state, and I'm asking for some suggestions of what to do around that area. If anybody has any suggestions, feel free to reply! 🙂
I live closer to where youll be than maria does, but fortunatly, the university is SOO big there will be plenty to do for you on campus. Off campus, i suggest visiting DC if you have the time, its about a half an hour drive. There is so much to do here! Shes from annapolis, which isnt in the same county as where you will be :(

This is a very relaxing video. Especially the jewelry part. How exciting that your parents get to visit you. When you said it's for three years so if things happen here then they can come visit more, I wondered if that was just something you said or related to your relationship/ romance life.
Lol dude I went through a phase of making my own jewelry and headbands and, omg, it gave me so much respect for people who do that. As for me, I'll stick to painting. Also, that's the loudest clock I've ever heard!

Actually there was a period of over one year when I would watch your videos every night to fall asleep :) I have been watching from when you were married, and I remember you saying in one of your videos that your husband thinks ASMR is 'weird' and he doesn't want to be in your videos. That's fantastic news about your parents - how exciting for you. Thank you for asking what I'm up to, I'm currently struggling with the relationship with my boss and trying to make 'the problem' smaller in my mind by bigging up the good things like the beautiful sound of bird song at the moment. However it has been upsetting and asmr helps. I will work through it and learn no doubt but right now it is tricky tricky tricky. How to open your heart to someone you find difficult without leaving it open to being upset, this is the problem to be worked out!!!

I got some wonderful new crystals (I know you would love that part... rough black tourmaline, smokey quartz, raw emerald, and a lapis lazuli generator) and a few new tarot and oracle decks too.
