The "THING THAT IS WAY STRONGER THAN IT LOOKS" has an ability called reflect. Basically it makes you do the exact same damage against you. So if you see a white sheild don't attack them wait for it to go away
i can show you some other abilities and how they work. there is: hunker "by strafing for a set amount of time you get slower, and do less damage, however the targets attacking you do even less damage to you, allowing you to win more fights but at a sower pace", Harden "give you more weight and increased healing but you become slower, Fear "makes your opponent faster but they do half the amount of damage", invisibility "allows you to walk, not run, and of course become invisible", totems "puddles that are dropped and once near or stepped on due certain status effects, they include slowing you down or poisoning you, dazzling flash, makes you not be able to move correctly by jamming your controls around:", shock area "does the same as dazzling flash but causes flyers to fall down for a temporary moment", earthquake "slows people down", area food and area water restore "restore the amount or quality of food or water around you, drowsy area "causes people to have slower movement and bite speed" there are much more abilities, so i might just put them in a different comment.
