Do you know how to get this to spawn? I killed the level 25 version

I think, You have to set higher game difficulty, and wait until event spawn.

Then I guess I have no more ideas. I just went to this zone and took part in the event. I didn't do anything special. Keep in mind this is only a Beta, developers may be testing different settings...
