These are mercenaries who helped invade a sovereign nation at the behest of an imperialist nation because they dared to kick out the criminal empire run by Batista and completely supported by the USA. The 2506 brigade was a group full of terrorists (CIA papers acknowledge this fact) and almost all of what these people are saying is a lie
Cubans of that era have a lot of disdain for JFK. They were told they would have air, naval and ground support and JFK told them to stand down at the last minute
this is what the CIA made people believe...actually the Bay of Pigs was meant to be the sumbling block (right term? sorry for my poor english) for young pres Kennedy___He found out, realized their intent, how dangerous & totally out and wanted to dismantle them. He formed the "CUban study group" with DCI Allen Dulles, gen Taylor, admiral Burke & RFK to find out unmistakenly what lead to the failure. Result: Mcgeorge BUndy at the last minute called off the planned airstrike on the remaining cuban jets...There never was air, naval support in the plans (officially USA had nothing to do with it, otherwise it would be an offensive act of war. They wouldn't be able to sell to the world that cuban exiles had navy ships or an air force, so all that had to be taken care of before the invasion) The document is out there for everybody to read, yet somehow (as is most time the case) the fairy tale, false history remains in public memory. Col Fletcher Prouty, who worked at that time with the CIA in the pentagon, and prepared briefings for the president, has some great lectures & interviews on that matter
..and that is tragic, because he (JFK) was NOT the cause of the failure. The CIA had backed him into a corner where he could either watch them die, which was gut-wrenching.....or simply start WW 3 with the Soviet Union by supporting the invasion. Some choice, eh?

They obviously didn't read the US protocol in overthrowing leaders of other countries, unknown to them, the plans never included air support or US armed forces. but when the Joint Chiefs and CIA pushed JFK into a corner when they told him they were stuck on the beach and there was a sizable force on its way, he did give a go to the air support, but the Joint chiefs and CIA said it "was a time zone issue" and they arrived an hour late, by that time they were already taken prisoners..

We are exiles, not immigrants, the difference been that we just want to go back to take, by the force of arms, what is rightfully ours (our land), we don’t care about a wage slave job or integrating, we have our own culture and we want our own land (private property) back. That’s the difference between an inmigrant and an exiled.
