After doing Hardcore+chest, I underestimated how hard an additional 20 min Tricep workout would be. I wanted to stop a couple of times, but powered through! Thank you Caroline for helping us to keep going and get stronger!!!

I carried on running a bit during Epic I and I noticed that my newly developped glutes made things easier, but Caroline's leg workouts are sooo challenging, I often need two days to recover 😆.

Then I did most of the abs workout 🤣, just leaving out the parts that were already in the core and chest workout, like sit-ups. Do you manage sit-ups easily ? Not so long ago I couldn't do them at all ! Enjoy the rest of your day !
Melinda I did Chest first and then this, it was all a bit ouch 😳. Used 10kg DBs but as I say after the chest session it was tough. Those final pushups are torture, still loved it.

Hi Lucy...over the summer the uploads will always be 1 hour earlier as the clocks in UK have gone one hour forward. If you are in a place where the clocks don’t change then the uploads go an hour earlier. Matthew

@@matthewalmond4688 Hi Mathew! OMG was that intense or was ut just me? My triceps were burning.. I had to drop at 60% from 7.5 to a 5 and that was still intense.. Coming to the pushup section.. I did relatively good ranging 7-10 pushups in the 30 sec! Loved it.. I didn’t do the chest day and still felt the heat! I instead went back to the strong and lean series! Hope u enjoyed it today! Did this after row day of Epic 2. My arms have not felt so dead in, hmm, maybe five days. Cos that is when I did the "Dead Arms" workout:) I can just do some of these workouts ever so often cos they do not have as many push-ups, but the intensity is real! Thank You Caroline for providing so much variety 😊
So powerful trisets and I am glad its upper body focused week and ready to smash epic heat of course! I want to say that Carolines workouts, epic 1 and 2 made me stronger and faster in running. I managed PBs at all distances and I think I owe it to these programs cause I didn't change so much at my running routine. Thank you so much ❤️

I'm not sure how I had the mental energy to do this after having already destroyed my shoulders in EPIC Heat Day 2, but I managed to power through. I used 6.5kg dumbbells for most of the workout; I had to change down from 7.5kg early on. And yes, Caroline looks gorgeous in that asymmetric sports bra! 😍
Thx you Caroline for make it so challenging. I did this Workout after the Hardcore and I really had to. Stop many times. Skullcrushers killed my arms. Good way to keep increasing the strength 💪🏼

Hi Seema...I’m not sure what Caroline will say but this is my take on what you ask. You must be careful about some ab exercises if you have back problems. In particular these are the lower ab ones where you lower your legs towards the floor. I would avoid these if you have back issues. Instead I would focus on two things. First planks to build up core strength. And do basic planks without too much dynamic movement. Second crunch type moves which work the rectus abdominus muscles at the front of the abs. These don’t strain the back so much as leg lowered etc do. Caroline had plenty of workouts focussing on planks or the rectus abdominus e.g. her recent 15 minute crunch workout. However, my last poin, and an important one...if you have back pain and it’s not getting better I think it would be a good idea to talk to a physiotherapist about which exercises would be best and how to help your back. Hope this helps. Matthew

Just finished I did push ups on my knees to keep form. Im not strong enough yet in my upper body loved it. Still working on the Kettlebell series one day I will finish
So good, pure burn right from the first tri-set. This and a quick 20 minute blast on the spin bike before work, will do the recommended epic this evening after work. I remember really enjoying this one. Enjoy them all but this one stands out ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Hi Lucy...over the summer the uploads will always be 1 hour earlier as the clocks in UK have gone one hour forward. If you are in a place where the clocks don’t change then the uploads go an hour earlier. Matthew
@@matthewalmond4688 am in Kenya our time doesn’t change. Am glad because with epic 2 i was always a day behind as working out from 8am was late for me. But at 7am is perfect, which means with heat i will workout exactly the day its uploaded,💃🏾💃🏾💃🏾💃🏾💃🏾

@@matthewalmond4688 Hi Mathew! OMG was that intense or was ut just me? My triceps were burning.. I had to drop at 60% from 7.5 to a 5 and that was still intense..
Coming to the pushup section.. I did relatively good ranging 7-10 pushups in the 30 sec! Loved it..
I didn’t do the chest day and still felt the heat!
I instead went back to the strong and lean series!

Did this after row day of Epic 2. My arms have not felt so dead in, hmm, maybe five days. Cos that is when I did the "Dead Arms" workout:)
I can just do some of these workouts ever so often cos they do not have as many push-ups, but the intensity is real! Thank You Caroline for providing so much variety 😊
So powerful trisets and I am glad its upper body focused week and ready to smash epic heat of course! I want to say that Carolines workouts, epic 1 and 2 made me stronger and faster in running. I managed PBs at all distances and I think I owe it to these programs cause I didn't change so much at my running routine. Thank you so much ❤️

I'm not sure how I had the mental energy to do this after having already destroyed my shoulders in EPIC Heat Day 2, but I managed to power through. I used 6.5kg dumbbells for most of the workout; I had to change down from 7.5kg early on.
And yes, Caroline looks gorgeous in that asymmetric sports bra! 😍
Thx you Caroline for make it so challenging. I did this Workout after the Hardcore and I really had to. Stop many times. Skullcrushers killed my arms. Good way to keep increasing the strength 💪🏼

Hi Seema...I’m not sure what Caroline will say but this is my take on what you ask. You must be careful about some ab exercises if you have back problems. In particular these are the lower ab ones where you lower your legs towards the floor. I would avoid these if you have back issues. Instead I would focus on two things. First planks to build up core strength. And do basic planks without too much dynamic movement. Second crunch type moves which work the rectus abdominus muscles at the front of the abs. These don’t strain the back so much as leg lowered etc do. Caroline had plenty of workouts focussing on planks or the rectus abdominus e.g. her recent 15 minute crunch workout. However, my last poin, and an important one...if you have back pain and it’s not getting better I think it would be a good idea to talk to a physiotherapist about which exercises would be best and how to help your back. Hope this helps. Matthew

So good, pure burn right from the first tri-set. This and a quick 20 minute blast on the spin bike before work, will do the recommended epic this evening after work. I remember really enjoying this one. Enjoy them all but this one stands out ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
