Is it possible the restorage of non backup opened files in WhatsApp? Can we use restorage apps to recover theses files in case of Unplugged cell phones? After all it must be some folder containing these files, as they take up phone memory.

When i went to the mobile repairing shop, they said its the problem of motherboard and it need to be changed. It costs about 4000Indian rupee and the man said its no use

that happened to my iPhone too, but the technician said the u2 ic is the problem. but he didn't fix it, now he said it's the nand's problem resulting to restoring my phone and replacing the whole motherboard. what should i do? i dont want my files to be deleted
Jeraldine Supnet Bejo the u2 ic is for charging the phone, it’s simple to test and I haven’t seen a red screen caused by u2 fail before, I’d look at the screen to logic board plugs under microscope first and check for bent pins or loose metal or obstructing foam padding around plugs etc, and of course unplugging camera

Try using a different screen on the board, that worked for me, it was stuck in boot loop and only flashed red for 1second then reboot

Got the battery changed for 2 times, both fixed the issue until I feel like it's an absolute waste

how about disconnecting battery before you do anything? You risk serious damage of the motherboard. This guy is NOT even close to professional
