Talk about salary I still didn’t learn how much they make... there was no numbers mentioned at all to back it up
Thank you for your comment. Compensation is important in regards to employment. Each individual is reviewed based on experience, training and work experience. Additionally, we have 10 offices in different parts of California and Nevada, which dictate typical salary ranges. So they hire non union employees?
@@adminadmin9997 no they hire guys off the streets with no knowledge of boilers and teach them basics. Then pay them based off experience they don't have because they didn't have years of trial and error passed down like unions do. I think they got one guy called a rabbit who gets put at the top of the pyramid and then all the lower guys have to kill themselves to take his spot for a few more $ a hour

@@evanschippers3943 A union boliermaker us usually going to make much more than a non-union guy. That goes for most jobs in general.
