This might be my favorite of the Nottingham videos. I've yet to understand the teaching of Gurdjieff, but the simplicity here reminds me of Sri Ramana Maharshi and self-inquiry.

Thank you Ted. This is very high-level spirituality containing some real crucial gems of wisdom. The beauty and real possibility of transcending w/the 'help' of every circumstance/encounter which comes our way (giving us the opportunity to have a soul response rather than an egoic reflex response) provides real hope...You spoke a lot of truth when you stated that many of us are not living our true selves in this world of duality, but yet we can allow ourselves to w/more than a simply glimpse or two when we remain present and still.

Brilliant Ted as per usual, even though I have been on the Mystics Path for many years now, I have experienced a few upgrades and a couple of times external life got in and I lost the way but always made my way home.
