Exclusive Tasting: Black & Blue Cold Brew Coffee aged in a Balcones Whiskey Barrel

The Cuvee Coffee Team held its first ever Happy Hour (6.5.13) at our Cuvee Coffee Bar located inside of the Salt & Time Charcuterie on East 7th Street, in Austin Texas. We featured 1/2 price Black & Brews (which combines our Black & Blue Cold Brew with various beers such as Austin IPAs) and an exclusive tasting of our newest Black & Blue Project aged in Balcones Whiskey Barrels.
As if variable temperature nitrogenated cold brew coffee wasn't enough to blow your mind, we went and aged a batch of it in a Balcones Distillery Whiskey Barrel for a month. The result was fantastic.
