So excited for your patio! Had an idea: maybe put the bbq and your dining table by the doors where the kitchen is and the lounge area where the bbq is so it’s easier to host!
I think once we have a dining set for outside we will move things around a little and see how it works best. Andrew likes the bbq where it is as if it were the other side it’s actually in the shade all day and he likes to be in the sun cooking 🤣

I had paid for some one to paint the lounge but did the rest of the house myself, it is hard work. I agree I also have a new build house x Black fencing looks amazing against green, it riske but very different for sure.
I feel like against the red brick -black trimmings will look really good
All of the windows etc are in the same colour and I love the overall look so that’s not something we are looking to do💕
