I loved this film, I'm just not sure that I got it exactly right.
Patrick is a ghost caught in a time loop. I'm basing that on the fact that I believe the person in the chair who turned around is also Patrick. And, as a ghost, he wouldn't be able to touch or move or manipulate anything. So, when we see him fixing the bed, that's really just him going through the motions and believing that he's fixing the bed, when, in reality, he can't move anything. He is also imagining opening and closing the bathroom door and pulling back the shower curtain, because, again, he can't actually interact with physical objects.
I think that the first time he met the buyer (when Patrick was alive), the house was angry about how disrespectful he was being...wanting to replace the beautiful staircase, update the old house, and use it as a place to party, which would bring more people into the house who would disrespect it. I think the spirit of the house possessed Patrick, and he killed the buyer. Being possessed by the house killed Patrick, after he had done what the house needed him to do. And now, his spirit is caught in a loop that keeps revisiting that moment.
When Patrick first took the buyer upstairs, we saw the house as Patrick first saw it when he showed the buyer through. But when he went back to look for the buyer, he was seeing the house as it really was, with the curtain(?) on the stairs. I assume that the first time Patrick took the buyer up those stairs, he had to push the curtain aside, and some of it fell onto the stairs.
Don't even know if I'm close, but that interpretation satisfied me enough to leave me without any loose ends that I couldn't explain, and allowed me to really, really enjoy the film.

I saw about few times and it seemed there is something there at the house. When patrick ( guy with black tuxedo ) came in to the master bed room he tidy the pillow and check up the bathroom .so the pillow already tidy and the bathroom's door is closed. And when the buyer comes it totally different that the pillow is not tidy and the bathroom's door is opened by someone . In the end of movie the buyer is not there anymore and it shows he is killed by someone seemed like patrick . So we could think there is another person or something inside the house. or maybe patrick did all of those things. That's all what i thought .

Goddamn the chills at the end 🥶 Excellent lighting and acting - I also really like how the music sets the mood, especially earlier in the short. Really nice job on this one!!

It sort of reminds me of, "Ground Hog Day". Only the scenarios play out and keep repeating and repeating stuck through time, with no moving forward. Chilling and Bazaar. 👍👍

Very underwhelming, overly long, wooden acting and a very lazy, nonsensical ending. Surely you can do better?
Me either. Just too weird, like we have to figure out why the guy disappeared upstairs, why the realtor ran out, why he comes back in, saying some bs.

The ‘buyer’ has got to be one of the worst actors I’ve ever seen

Whats the logic of this film
I honestly tried watching it but I can't finish this film. The actors are so bad that they where not even good at acting like bad actors. And the first actor didn't really even look thru the house before the scene. When asked questions regarding the house he didn't even bring up any of the renovations. And the second guy was talking to a wall, Mister Roboto. Does he know how to talk to people? Or does he think he's a comedian? Good Camara tho.
