Throughout the performance he has been very charismatic, his dance is very on point, and if you look closely that tongue comes out about 50 times so best believe my heart is racing. Stan talent. So it's a fansign, and these fansigns are announced ( schedule etc) on their fancafe, where u basically get to go if u end up having ur name drawn in a lucky draw, and to have ur name entered in the draw, u have to buy one album, and the more no. Of albums u buy, the more your name gets added to the lucky draw, and thus the higher the probability of getting ur name drawn, and eventually being able to go to the fansign. Most of the ppl that go are fansites, and they each have bought around 15 to 30 albums in order to ensure getting in. It's expensive, but they end up selling the excess albums they don't need to other fans, usually with some benefit to the fans, like lower prices or additional photocards or quicker delivery time.
