He either commits murder in front of all of Toman (you know Chifuyu isn't letting that slide without snitching), or Kisaki backs down and discredits himself in front of his own gang.
Nah it wouldn’t be that simple kisaki would likely be on the run for a while and fake his death or make it seem like he left town similar to his future variant who was stated to have done multiple crazy crimes himself including murder. He’s shown even when his plans go left that he can improvise very well
