The reason why the missiles seem to come out of nowhere from the bottom of the plane is because on the real stealth jets the missiles are concealed within the body of the jet to prevent them from being detected by radar

The last VTOL (Hydra) was $3000000 back when we DIDN’T have tons of ways to make money, so this being around the same price as the LAZER is extremely reasonable imo

I love the new cannons, they feel way more balanced as they don't have much of a blast radius anymore so you gotta be pretty precise to score a kill. The Laser & Hydra has been changed accordingly as well which is beautiful. My only complaint with the DLC so far is that they took away more content than they gave us. Over 150 cars from Legendary & SSA, a damn shame.

The hydra and laser have the same cannons before the update. That’s why the new plane has explosive mg just like the b-11 (a-10 irl) but there’s a difference between explosive cannon and explosive mg

The explosive cannon jets weren't even particularly good at dogfighting, this wont make much of a difference.
It's bad because the firerate wasn't the problem. Simply reducing the splash dmg by a lot and making everything take 3 more shots to kill would have been enough and had the same effect. This is a bad change.
Pretty awesome to fly and looks amazing,but since this thing has the weaker cannons im questioning if the B11 is the new king of the air?I mean jet vs jet not talking about the stealth features,the B11 can take on all these jets now.
Fr it has more weapons to has bombs and barrage missiles along with homing and the gun
B11 always been king. Nothing is more agile if used correctly, also it has better missiles than any other jet. Also it's insanely durable

Hydra- good canons (easy to use cause the canons are more center to the plane.
New plane- idk yet but that handling does look insane (it can go stealth which is why I will more likely use it)
I'm telling ya, that stealth mode is so cool, doing furtive attacks turning it on and off is sooo awesome.
And it can take 3 rockets which I think people aren’t talking about enough

Bro, the Lazer is a $6.5 million paperweight now, the hydra still has some utility for missions, but this new jet is just way better than both put together. I was trying to fight someone in the new jet with a Pyro and I was struggling to keep up. The guy was flying around the big buildings in the city and it seemed like a cakewalk for him to maneuver in between buildings...
That shark livery is actually pretty awesome

Glitch's livey is a reference to the livery used by Russian aircraft such as the Su-57 and Su-75. since the plane is based 60% on an Su-75 and 40% on an F-35 for VSTOL and the cabin

Not the yf 22. It is mostly made up of (correctly) the f 35 and the yet to be Russian su 75. That's the reason for the glitch'd livery which is a pattern many modern Russian fighters have.
It seems to me that this new generation jet fighter will be able to capture the heart of any pilot and rich man who loves to fly. He will have completely new strategies in air battles and will possibly become the new flagship of aviation in GTA Online.
Facts, the best part in a dog fight from what I have experienced so far is that when you start a dog fight with a lazer or a b11 is go into hover mode and just lunch mis/ use cannons. It’s amazing and the stealth is perfect now

This jet 🛩 is INCREDIBLE!!! 🔥🔥🔥so much fun, I didn’t even bother doing the missions, I bought it immediately. (I made mine matte light grey like real life lol 😎) Favourite aircraft in the game by far! I can’t wait for the weaponised Conada to come out, that’s gonna be another favourite.

Why did they make the fire rate so slow on laser and hydra, just make the fire rate the same on the new jet and it will be even. Rockstar just has to ruin everything that they made that was so great about the game in the beginning. The game isn’t even that fun anymore because of all the shit they put in and change throughout the game to need or whatever it is they do.

the jet looks really good, is really fast, has a stealth mode, and sick handling for dog fighting and also has a vtol mode, only down side i can find atleast yet is those explosive cannons, other than that its pretty op

Ye they shouldn't have nerfed the lazer and hydra. All the jets were balanced before the patch and the new jet would do just fine against the old jets
In case you guys didn’t notice, the lazer absolutely bodies the F-160 in dogfights. No competition in that regard. They are far better balanced now and the hydra acts as a good budget option.

You can only have so many planes visible. If there's no room for it to show than it gets hidden in the hanger storage. Like you can have 10 small planes visible an 10 put away or you can have 2 big planes visible an the rest are hidden

edit: all the jets suck now all have the same firerate and a-10 maybe got it increase slightly, so feels like jets arent going to be good at countering tanks anymore

It looks like the f-35 at the front but it also looks like the SU-75 concept fighter at the back for the Russian airforce. But I can also see why people are referencing the UF-23 aswell. Still just as cool
With this replacing the Hydra and based on the F35, I believe R* could add a plane that replaces the Lazer, without VTOL but has better agility and speed, likely based on the Sukhoi Su57.

They should do a su57 there are barely any Russian jets ingame. They could also do a flanker.

Hey DCA could you confirm that the handling for the F-160 affects the acceleration/top speed ? It kinda feels like It does . Also could you confirm if the b11 got a buff ? It seems like the cannons feel different also. EDIT: I think there's a noticeable change of speed between smooth handling and race handling in terms of speed . Unsure

Hey DCA is a Mix of an Su-75 Checkmate and an F-35. the shape is more of a Su-75 than the YF-23, plus the Glitch livery is the same livery that the Russian Army uses on the Su-57 Pak-fa

Freaking love this jet, from the way it looks and green lights on its sides and tail wings when in attack mode to the lethality as well as the handling and speed. Somebody tried to orb me just now and I was to fast for them. It doesn’t even slow down speed when you’re close to the ground. This a broomstick’s worst nightmare that’s for sure. *Can’t fight what you can’t see*

Price is actually cheap I was expecting 10m+ but they cropped it because of explosive canon nerf I bought it and im pleased with the performance also new maibatsu is so cool too missile lock on jammer hsw upgrade thing flys like a bird. Other than that Im disappointed with avenger machine guns I was expecting them to be explosive as well but I hope they give us more with the dripfeed

I’m worried about how this jet is going to be used in public lobbies. The fact that you can go in and out of stealth mode whenever you want is slightly worrying. Someone could bomb you and disappear and you won’t be able to find them. I wish it had stealth like the way the Alkonost is so people can’t choose.
Why are you playing in a public session then if you're afraid of that kind of stuff
The jet doesn’t have bombs and even then most tryhards aren’t skilled enough to use persuasion at those speeds bombs or cannons, the lazer and hydra were prime examples, they just shot in your direction and your gone but now from the looks of it it takes a lot more skill

I was so looking forward to this and Im definetly gonna buy the jet BUT its really annoying that the ejection charges in the canopy are in the front wind shield. Completely useless and unrealistic. Yes we talk about GTA with flIng bikes and alien blasters but this is just another nice thing they added, which is ruined by the way they handle it. A koenigegg with normal doors? A swept wing Tupolev with fixed wings? Dan Houser left because of that? Did he see it coming, the greed and max profit philosophy of their management? Will GTA 6 be politically correct? Awesome jet, super fun to use. Very fast, agile, crazy details, vtol mode is very responsive and can float many ways including upside down. and the stealth is just awesome with something at this speed. Customization is also very nice. But man is it fun to use.

The damage is horrible, I was strafing a player on the ground with the explosive rounds, i directly hit them multiple times but I didn’t get the kill, all I did was make them bounce off the ground like the atomizer pistol does, I saved the clip and watched it again, that’s how I know they bounced
Alright so I will explain everything about the jet so those bombs on the bottom are something you would be able to drop but rockstar forgot about them and the explosive mgs shoot like that because it’s a mixture / hybrid of the lazer and hydra but better and the handling on the raiju is better and the turning speed is faster than the hydra and laser and the hydras max missiles intake is only 2 and the laser can take 3 but the raiju has better customization than hydra and lazer so there is my review on it do what you may and also murica shark teeth camo and orange lighting are good especially murica and purple lighting with the black color just a heads up and yeah can you like my comment love your comment have a merry Christmas
