I agree there's a superficial similarity, but Underworlds influence runs deep into so much of EDM that you could find bits of their music in a mass of tracks, by multiple artists. I think Ray have taken an idea and run with it to produce a great track which stands on it's own two feet. Appologies for the use of terrible metaphors.
