Motorcycle modifications never end. You are searching for perfection and of course, that never exists. But, that doesn't mean your time is wasted. Mechanical skills are to be envied!
I wouldn’t say perfection, I definitely enjoy developing my skills and problem solving. Financially if I ever get the opportunity I’d like to take what I’ve learned and incorporate it into a car.
Probably could have gotten a pipe strecher or got a exhaust shop to expand it so it fit over the pipe. Something to think about if you have to do it again.
Great job. Creative thinking something you're definitely blessed with. Im wondering what the smoke at the end was? Oil or grease burning off or the paint maybe? I couldn't figure it out. Thanks for sharing. Much love. Stay healthy and safe
I changes out my exhaust 4 time's already on my 07 Piaggio mp3 250ie so I thinking making it more quiet added super trap exhaust muffler what you think 🤔! Mr Jordan Ray
Nice work! You should have more torque now too. I wonder how it effects the top end? Time for the seat of the pants dyno. ;) Also looks like your manifold on the rear is leaky.
Jordan, as usual, I am impressed with your creativity and fabrication skills. You have a great future to look forward to from here on out.
Nice job. Looks and sounds good. Also, good looking welds. Enjoy the Florida sunshine.
Pipes are motorcycle riding Corgi approved!! She's barking like crazy 🤣
Jordan I can feel your very first from" scratch" chopper build is just around the corner!!!! Great stuff!!!
Oh boy, it would be an endeavor.
You have the two most important things. Ability and patience!!! Something to kick around in your head while in Florida!!!
Plus with blockhead doing the builds with freakshow fab. Could be a bare frame begging to be a Jordan ray chopper!!!
I like that one the best and sounds awesome, nice job. Love all the content
Like how it turned out. it's a lot more quiet even, didn't expect that much dampening. But still sounds like it should.
Exhaust looks sick man. Great work.
Good job Jordan.. pipes look and sound good..
Seems as if you really getting into the whole customizing thing..
Great stuff brother..

The sound is really nice and tight. It sounds aggressive still but not obnoxious. Very cool.
Great work again at the sportster. I like the sound. Greetings from Germany ✌️
Thank you!
Very nice thank you for sharing
You appear to have a small exhaust leak, did you use a new exhaust gasket seal? They look and sound good. You do nice work.
Thanks, I believe it was just the heat wrap baking off the oils.
I feel like we should start a pole/bet on how long till you change it again lol. Good vid
😂
I think the supertrap looks better if not sound better IMO.
Probably could have gotten a pipe strecher or got a exhaust shop to expand it so it fit over the pipe. Something to think about if you have to do it again.
Great video thank you sounds great.
Great creation!
Nicely done sir
Love the bike and your work. Hate the handlebars.

Thanks, yes it was residue from handling the exhaust burning off the heat wrap.
@@JordanRay that's what I was thinking. Thanks for answering.
Nice deep sound.
You want to come off of that up swept exhaust you just took off? I'm over in Johnstown ohio I would be interested in them for my chopper?

Thanks Jordan great video
I like that exhaust best you should consider fabricating for a living i think you would do well
Damn dude, that exhaust sure quieted the bike down.... how did it run with that exhaust on it?
Runs pretty good, I actually jumped up to a 45 pilot and I wish I did it ages ago now.
You should take your welder with you to Florida and maybe do some fab work when you are down there
Great job. Is that quieter? Got a nice deep rumble.
Much quieter, dare I say, stock like 😱 it’s a good balance between tone and refinement. Very please with it.

It’s an 883, not a lot of top end there 🤣
Time to hammer it then, 1250 cc kit with cams should be fun! :) @@JordanRay
Nice sound, Jordan Hines lol
what year is your sportster?
It’s a 2001.
Yup 👌👍
good job
Your girlfriend must hate that seat
That will do nicely Sir.
